HK Update

i arrived in Hong Kong on the evening of the 26th and had dinner with relatives that nite.

the next day, raymond and i met up with kristy, danny, vincent and silas. kelsey and alex went to disneyland. we went to:

~ice skate
~shop

~eat 'che jai min'

~walk around mongkok

~watch evan almighty in my hotel room (plus meet my mum :P)

~eat a steamboat dinner

*where vinny's face turned bright red cuz he ate too much chilli..

and then everyone went back while i stayed overnight at kristy's!

on the 28th, danny, alex and kelsey came over to kristy's place for a lunch bbq.

then we went:

~shopping at causeway bay

*i got a new handbag

*danny got a new sweater as part of his 'makeover'

ps:i love the sweater

~dinner at this taiwanese place

we all had a good laugh at this.
~mtr-ed to wan chai and walked to victoria harbour

*took pics

*sat down and talked about random stuff, t'was heart-warming

*vinny said something that really made me think.

vin:"i guess this is the last time we'll ever sit down like this and talk, rite?"

me:"no la, there's still next year..."

vin:"but next year you won't be with us"

me:"come on la, i'll still come back! you guys can come to the city, i can back to frankston"

kristy:"yehh of course in the beginning but after that........."

me:"don't worry, i'll still come back. anyway andy will still come back and i can go with him"

vin:"but it just won't be the same la"

[vin, you are so right but i will never forget you guys or what we have together as closer than close friends]

*saw old couples PDA-ing, suspected them of having an affair

*saw people making out in public

~walked back to wan chai station at about 9.30pm and everyone headed back home
*danny sent kristy

*alex sent us

*vinny took a bus

at 8.30am on the 29th, kristy, danny and i met in wan chai:

~had porridge breakfast

~went to danny's hotel to get his luggage

*hung out at the lobby for awhile

*laughed at this dumb couple at the lift

~taxi-ed to hongkong/central station

*checked danny into airport express

*hung out for about an hour before danny took the airport express

~danny finally left, kristy went to her dad's and i went back to check out

*hugged and hugged and hugged somemore

met alex back in the hotel. left for the airport at 12.30noon. left for KL at 3.20pm.

altho we only hung out for 2 whole days and a morning after not seeing each other for almost 1 month, it felt like we had never left australia.
